How to Write a Property Guide or Article

As you can see, realtorplus.co.uk is all about property. Therefore we only accept property related guides and articles. If you submit a guide or article that is not property related it will simply be discarded.

Your guides or articles should be:

1. In one of the following formats - Word, NotePad or Pdf

2. There is no restriction on the lenght of the guide or article you submit, however please remember that the longer the article the less likely you are in keeping the audience engaged. Generally Guides and Articles of under 2,500 words works best.

3. If you want to promote your website, blog, products and or services within your guides or articles you are free to do so. Just remember - keep it relevant and don't overdo it. Simply filling the entire work with links will only alienate your potential reader and we will either reject it or remove links to a reasonable level.

4. We moderate all guides and articles by hand. We reserve the right to remove content so that it fits within our criteria. We also reserve the right to discard any submitted guides or articles without providing a reason. We cannot guarantee your article will be reviewed within a specific period of time due the the amount of articles we receive. Please be patient while we review your article.

5. Once your guide or article has been approved and loaded into the relevant section we will email you and provide a link to that section where your guide or article can be located.

6. There is no limit on the amount of guides or articles you can submit. Please remember that approval is a manual system and each item we receive will be placed in a queue.

7. You must read and agree to our Terms & Conditions for submitting articles.
