Hi, my name is Graham Briar. I am the creator and founder of realtorplus.co.uk. My goal is to make realtorplus one of the most comprehensive Home Knowledge Centres available. I know this is only possible with your help and input. Our website, realtorplus.co.uk, is run by just TWO people. Yes, it may be hard to believe, considering the scope and depth of realtorplus.co.uk but we both work very long hours to keep all this running and we really enjoy the challenge.

I also believe in total transparency when it comes to earning revenue from your activities on our website. While we do not allow advertising (banners etc) on our website we DO use other channels. So how can you help make my goal a reality?

To start with we do not accept donations - thanks for the thought, that's very kind. The other thing you may have noticed is that we do not allow Banner and certain other types of advertising on our website such as Google Ads. Why? We all know there is nothing worse than trying to read content with some all singing, all dancing banner flashing away. It just plain annoying. We believe that content is supposed to be useful and not a ploy to trick you into clicking a banner or text ad in order to generate revenue. For full information please read :

Just to make sure you know : We do not Sell, Hire or Rent your details to any 3rd Party Advertisers - that's just plain rude. You will only ever get a newsletter from us and it will contain no advertisements. Please view our »» Privacy Policy. You can also unsubscribe at anytime you like. In order to earn potentia revenue we do insert our own text based ads, however these are used only when relevant - for instance the Money Savers section.

 

 

2. Toolbar : Please download it. It's a nifty little thing that gives you quick access to realtorplus.co.uk with just one click. It also has a Quick Link feature so you can access any particular section of our website, from anywhere, with just one click. It's completely free!. »» Download It!

Just to make sure you know : Our Toolbar is created with Conduit. Each time someone downloads our toolbar we get paid a commission. It's about 0.18p. You will also notice that we have other tags in the toolbar - Zyna Games : ebay : Sports News : YouTube. We also earn a commission each time one of these is used.

Just to make sure you know : This is where we generate most of our income. The Home Shop is non-intrusive. On the right hand side you'll see our Home Shop graphic. Just to make sure you know : We allow all our authors to copyright their work. There's a check box for this. Most people like to share and that's the spirit of realtorplus. We have a Creative Commons Licence that allows others to use the content on their websites - but they must give you and us recognition. We do allow web and product linking within articles, although we ensure these are relevant and kept to a minimum. We do not earn any revenue from articles, nor do we charge a fee for placement - it is entirely free.

 

 

5. Free Content for Your Website : You are free to use any of our guides and articles for your website that does not carry a © copyright mark. Just to make sure you know : We do not earn any revenues from our Property Ads section. It is 100% free for anyone to use, homeowners or agents - everyone is welcome to use the system.

 

 

7. Link Exchange : We take link exchanging very seriously. While we have a 'Link Partners' page this is rarely used. Why? Most people looking for link exchange do so to increase their search engine positioning and page rankings. To effectively do this it is far better to have a text link placed within a page that is keyword driven. Want to get more involved? - As a small company (minute is more accurate) we are looking to grow and would be willing to consider an investor proposal, whether it be in terms of financing or expertise.
