1. Simply useful information that is freely available

realtorplus is a property web site that deals in property information. We believe that information should be freely available to use for the benefit and progress of others. We want you to write articles, specifically to the property market and within all aspects of property. The idea is to create a community of people who can provide information from their expertise and experience to aid others.

We actively moderate all submitted articles to ensure that the content is suitable for everyone. We appreciate that life is sometimes frustrating but we ask you to write constructively without profanity. We may, at our discretion alter any articles submitted to ensure content is suitable for all readers. If we do make changes to your article please do not hold this against us or feel this we are making a criticism of you of your views or writing ability. Please, if you do not like a particular article or feel it is incorrect and wish to write an article covering this subject, do not make a direct personal criticism of the person writing the original article. Everyone has a view and experience that may differ from others and you should take this in the spirit of freedom of speech.

Please consider that realtorplus contributors are unpaid individuals or outside journalist simply trying to help build a property resource center that is useful for everyone. So a little give and take with understanding should be adopted here.  If you cannot be constructive and helpful then the realtorplus guides and articles system should not be used.  Sorry but this is not about the individual, it is about the majority.

 

2. Submitting an Article

3. Self Promotion ... going OTT

Remember that realtorplus system is for the submission of useful property articles. We are more than happy to include promotional links on articles submitted but please refrain from going over-the-top. If we review an article that is simply loaded with links we will discard it. We are looking for useful content and we appreciate that you would like to promote your website, goods and or services but keep it relevant! If we feel the article is useful but has an over-use of hyperlinks we reserve the right to amend the article to reduce these links. 

4. Free Information and Copyright Information

realtorplus provides information from an number of source, including, but not restricted to BuyAssociation.com, SurvivalBooks.net, Wickes.co.uk and WikiHow.com.  If you would like to use any information from a third party source please visit their web site and review their terms and conditions of use.  All articles submitted by individuals and non-company entities must remain copyright free and be freely available to use by other site visitors.

 

5. Using the Guides and Articles on Your Website or Blog

You are free to use any of our guides and articles for your website that does not carry a © copyright mark. A number of our information suppliers do not allow free use of their material and therefore you would need express written permission from the copyright holders to use such material.

If you use any of our guides and articles please remember that it is a requirement of our terms and conditions that you place a link back to www.realtorplus.co.uk on the top and bottom part of each guide or article used.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless realtorplus, its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, accountants, consultants, and ad visors and its Content Providers from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from Your use of the Site or the Site Content or Your violation of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR THE SITE CONTENT IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (100.00 GBP). NEITHER realtorplus NOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SITE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE AND THE SITE CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE KNOW OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. You acknowledge accept and agree that without these limitations, we could not provide low cost and/or free access to the Site. General Provisions

You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to the Site Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Any attempt by You to assign, transfer or delegate this Agreement without the express written permission of realtorplus shall be null and void. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions and venue and jurisdiction shall solely and exclusively be in the United Kingdom of Great Britain. Any dispute You may have with respect to this Site must be commenced within one year after it arises, or the cause of action is barred. The paragraph headings in this Agreement, shown in boldface type, are included to help make the agreement easier to read and have no binding effect. The Agreement comprises the entire agreement between You and realtorplus with respect to the use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. We suggest that You print out a copy of this Agreement for Your records.
