It's completely free ... You can advertise your house for sale with realtorplus without charge. Here's how it works:

1. Complete the 'Create Property Ad' form

2. Check your email - you will receive an email that will require you to confirm entry of your advertisement. You must confirm entry within 24 hours otherwise the entry will not be available for people to view and will automatically be deleted.

3. Once activated any responses you receive will come directly to your email box.

4. Ad Expiry - All advertisements run for a duration of 30 Days. 24 hours prior to deletion you will receive an email from us asking if you would like to renew your advertisement. If you would like to renew you must click the URL link in the email to re-activate your advertisement for another 30 Days. Don't worry, this is also completely free.

5. Deleting an Ad - You may request deletion of your advertisement at any time by emailing us. Your advertisement will also be automatically deleted after 30 Days if not reactivated (see 4. above).

So question on your mind is ... Where's the Catch? We don't have any. Your advertisement is complete free.

Will you send me emails all the time?

No. You will receive only emails regarding the activation and deletion of your advertisement. If you decide to subscribe to our Newsletter or RSS Feed you will receive periodical emails, but you have to subscribe to these to receive them.

Can I Upgrade My Advertisement?

No. The advertisement format is the same for everyone. The advertisement provides visitors with all the information they will need in order to respond to your advertisement. Extra information can always be provided by attaching a 'Showcase' brochure - See our Showcase Brochure section for more details. This is also completely free.
