1. Is my listing 100% free?

Yes it is 100% Free. No Ad Fees, No Agent Fees, No Commissions, No Upgrade Options.

 

2. Why is my Ad only listed for 30 Days?

Our systems are fully automated so that after 30 Days your listing will be removed. The system ensures our database always delivers current information to potential buyers. However, 24 hours prior to your ad being deleted you will receive an email alerting you. If you would like to renew your ad for another 30 Days you can do so by following the instructions in the email. It's simply a matter of clicking the re-activation link.

 

3. If I renew my Ad will I be charged?

No. It's free. No Ad Fees, No Agent Fees, No Commissions, No Upgrade Options

 

4. If I sell my property what commissions or fees do you charge?

We don't charge you anything ... it's free.

 

5. How do I know if anyone is looking at my Property Ad and how do they respond to my Property Ad?

You Personal Details are NEVER displayed. Each advertisement carries a 'Response Form'. When a potential buyer responds you will receive an email with that response. Your privacy is a major concern for us which is why your personal details are never displayed. For more information on your Personal Details please see our Privacy Policy.

 

6. Will I get emails from you asking me if I would like to upgrade my ad to a paid ad for more exposure?

No. We have one type of listing. The listing is comprehensive and therefore no upgrades are available at this time.

 

7. If I register will I get loads of Junk Emails from you?

NO. When registering you have a choice whether or not you would like to receive our Property Newsletter. If you decide not to receive this then the only emails you will ever receive from us are : A) To confirm activationB) 24 hour Deletion Notice which allows you to renew your advertisement if required. Ad renewals are also completely free.C) If you decide to renew you will receive an email to confirm renewal.D) You will receive emails from Potential Buyers who respond to your ad. Note these emails come from our system to protect your privacy ... see Question 5 above.We DO NOT ...A) Send you daily, weekly or monthly Ad Stats. B) Sell, Rent or Hire any of your personal information, including your email address to any 3rd Party marketing companies. Your details are kept solely for the purpose of your Property Advertisement with realtorplus.C) Send any newsletters or offers UNLESS you specifically request us to do so.
